FKB advises insurers, agents, and insureds on exposures arising from the provision of medical care across the U.S. FKB’s experience in this area ranges from handling major institutional exposures to large healthcare providers, to small but high-frequency licensing board investigations. The risks we handle include nursing home litigation, managed care, long-term care and allied health programs.
FKB utilizes its highly experienced medical malpractice department in this regard. Our medical malpractice team employs skilled attorneys with a wealth of experience and success defending virtually all medical specialties, including decades of hospital, emergency room and nursing home trial experience.
